 3 or 4 Day Strength Training Phases 1 & 2

  • Develop Maximal Athletic Strength
  • Helps with injury prevention
  • Prepares you for Eccentric & Isometric Training

3 or 4 Day Strength Training Phases 3-5

  • 6 Week Program
  • Concentrated Eccentric, Isometric and Concentric Training
  • Improves Stopping, Starting & Change of Direction
  • Helps with injury prevention
  • Prepares you for Explosive Speed & Power Training

3 or 4 Day Explosive Speed & Power Training Phase 6

  • 4 Week Program
  • Helps to turn strength into power
  • Teaches nervous system how to move fast
  • Prepares you for Reactive Speed Training

3 or 4 Day Reactive Speed Training

  • 4 Week Program
  • Helps Improve ability to perform high velocity athletic movements
  • Teaches nervous system how to repeatedly move fast
  • Leads you in to your season or can be used for in-season training
